Title: Five Interdimensional Visitors Atlantis Never Had

Disclaimer: If I owned Stargate, Daniel and Sheppard would never have clothes on.
1. Sha're Jackson
Luckily for Rodney, Sha're Jackson was the first through the interdimensional portal, hidden away in a tower they hadn't gotten around to exploring yet. Since she was dead in this reality, he had plenty of time to learn how to use the innocuous looking box without having to worry about entropic cascade failure.
Sheppard entertained the young woman in the meantime, discovering Sha're had a devilish sense of humor and blushed a little every time she looked at him. She wasn't great at chess, but she was absolute evil at Monopoly. He wasn't expecting her to have a Master's degree in linguistics, but she had never been taken by the Goa'uld; she had returned to Earth with her husband. She told him about losing her brother to the Goa'uld, Daniel to radiation poisoning, Abydos to Anubis, then her father to heartbreak.
Then her John arrived and laid one on her, Sheppard figured out what the blushing meant and wished them luck.
2. Colonel Daniel Jackson
The second Colonel Daniel Jackson – a full bird at that – showed up, they all knew something was wrong. He definitely wasn't the same man they knew, even taking in account the military background. Particularly when he decked McKay over nothing. He was bouncing all over the place, unfocused, moody, and snapping at the smallest things. Sheppard had seen the signs before, in Ford and his crew. The guy was hopped up on Wraith enzyme and was crashing.
Best just to get him out of there – fast. Courtesy of one zat gun.
3. Jack O'Neill
Dehydrated, a battered O'Neill spent the better part of a day passed out in the infirmary, while Rodney and Zelenka argued about whether distance between subjects affected the onset of entropic cascade failure. He finally woke, and told some story about Dr. Jackson blowing up Moscow with some Goa'uld weapon and becoming a snakehead - minus the snake. No one quite believed him, but it didn't matter. He was looking for a reality without a Jack O'Neill where he could hide from his Daniel and his minions. This wasn't it.
Elizabeth gave him some food and water, and sent the man on his way.
4. Genii Soldier
They never got his name, but as soon as he lifted his weapon, Ronon fired his without a single thought. Sheppard would've said something, but Ronan just shrugged, totally unapologetic. What was done was done.
Rodney was more concerned about how the Genii had managed to turn the device on in the first place, considering the room the device was in required a gene to access it.
5. Sgt. Siler
Siler had simply chatted with the science staff about his own reality, the things they'd discovered, advancements they had made, until Rodney had threatened to drop kick him into an incoming wormhole for suggesting particular modifications to the jumpers he and his Dr. Super-Brilliant-and-Wonderful Carter-Jackson had had success with. No one felt like defending him.
The Wraith and the Ori didn't exist in his reality and frankly, everyone was jealous.
